    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
  2. No Exchanges
    We do not accept exchanges for any items purchased. Once an item is purchased, it is considered final.
  3. No Returns
    We do not accept returns on any products. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.
  4. Product Inspection
    We encourage all customers to carefully inspect items before purchasing especially check the size mentioned. If you have any questions about the fit, sizing, or condition of an item, please contact us through Instagram for further assistance. 
  5. Exceptions
    In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order, please send us an unedited opening video supporting your claim on Instagram @titlqe or hello.titlqe@gmail.com 
    (*Once the refund will approved we will credit the amount within 5-7 days in customer bank account)
